Adopting Japan's Daikin Tefulon coating anti-sticking and high-temperature special steel knife, the sealing will not crack, will not coke, and will not smoke. Imported photoelectric sensors are used for accurate positioning and fast response speed. Using Panasonic PLC programmable controller and 7-inch man-machine interface, the operation is simple. Independent electrical control box design is convenient for operators to use. The equipment is equipped with a material pressing mechanism, which will not shift the packaging of lighter objects. The knife-sealing mechanism has an automatic protection function, which effectively prevents miscutting of packages and protects the safety of personnel. The whole set of equipment can realize seamless connection with the production line. The automatic mode and manual mode can be switched at any time to facilitate the replacement of the packaging film.

Heat shrinking machine adopts double hot air circulation motors, the hot air in the furnace is uniform and the temperature is constant. It adopts chain rod type conveying design, and the solid steel rod is outsourced with imported silicone tube. Imported conveying motor and inverter are used to control the transmission speed and realize stepless speed regulation. The design of independent external distribution box ensures good ventilation of all electrical components in the electric box. Comes with a cold air mechanism to effectively cool down the temperature.
