High-speed Wet Mixing Granulator
The process of mixing, wetting and granulating can be completed in single working period. It is suitable in the line of pharmaceutical, food, chemicals industry. It is one of the advanced facilities which meets the GMP requirement and has the characteristics of high efficiency, best quality, low consumer, none pollution as well as safety, etc.
Working Principle
1. The whole process consists of two programs including mixing and granulating.
2. Powder metrical can be charged into the material pan from the conical hopper and continue to rotate in the container under the action of mixing blade once the hopper is closed. Meanwhile, all materials grow up the shape of liquid bridge under continuous effects of conical wall. Under the action of extrusion, friction as well as crumb by blade and conical tank wall, all material is gradually turn for loosen. At last,while opening the hopper outlet, waterish particles are pushed off under the centrifugal effects of blade.
3. These soft particles are formed not dependent on forced extrusion effects, more exactly; these small and uniform particles are mainly formed after continuous cutting under the similar-liquid state. In all, this machine can realize the mutual transformation between different materials.

10) Inverted taper granulating bowl and special-shaped impeller and chopper are adopted to ensure reliable and uniform products.
