The ZPS®120-8DG is a robust, single-sided high-speed rotary tablet press and the ideal entry-level production platform for ZPS® technology. Manufactured in China, it ensures reliable, high-performance tablet production within a minimal footprint. SIEMENS controls provide intuitive operation, process stability, and seamless integration into modern production environments.
Built with anti-corrosion properties, the ZPS®120-8DG is the ideal machine for pressing 450gr calcium Chloride/TCCA/SDIC/CHC tablets. It can also produce large-diameter animal tablets, electronic components and ceramic powder compacts for multi-purpose manufacturing.
Designed for mid- to high-volume production, with a turret speed of 8 RPM, the ZPS®120-8DG delivers up to 3,360 single-layer tablets per hour, ensuring excellent weight accuracy and unmatched process stability.
